Linda Chamberlain

Yoga has been a part of my life for many years. My practice has helped me physically & spiritually grow stronger, more flexible & confident, both on & off the mat. Yoga has inspired me to see the peace and blessings of each moment, & the goodness in all beings. I have always been fascinated by the anatomy, physiology and mystery of the human body and I am passionate about health and wellness. I believe we should be committed to nurturing our mind, body and soul and my desire is to help facilitate that. I strive to bring creative sequencing, lightheartedness, and abundant motivation to my classes to help students cultivate a deeper personal practice.

Brittany Wentzel

Brittany received her RYT 200 yoga certification through Heartwood Retreat Center in May 2017. She first tried yoga as a teenager, looking for a workout she didn’t dread. From then and into her adult life Brittany tried many different fitness styles but yoga was the only one that stuck. While she was drawn to yoga for the physical practice, she quickly noticed how the emotional and mental benefits carried into her day-to-day life. She soon fell in love with yoga’s unique way of cultivating wellness for mind, body and spirit as one.  Brittany strives to bring yoga’s diverse mind/body experience into all of her classes, while encouraging you to sweat.

Victor Rios

with a background in sports and weight lifting throughout his life and a natural talent for strength and hand balancing, he needed something new, so he turned to the physical practice of yoga to help continue his journey in movement. Realizing that there are more benefits to the practice than just the physical, Victor jumped into the 200hr program at Heartwood and has continued his journey for knowledge ever since. A lover of all styles of yoga, mainly geared on vinyasa/power classes. He continues to show passion for the practice with a mix of unique flows with powerful strength-based poses and transitions, challenging yourself while at the same time looking inward and realizing your true potential!

Grace Briggs

Grace began her yoga journey a few years back, really finding a joy for the practice at a studio in downtown sarasota. What started off as more of a physical practice, shifted into a passion to dive further inward. Thirsty for a deeper understanding of this ancient practice brought her to the jungles of Costa Rica. There she received her certification through Passion Yoga School. More than just a certification, it brought this awakening she had never experienced. Wanting to share this drove her towards teaching. Grace's classes focus on inner awareness, the breath, self love and acceptance.
