Studio Policies

Refunds Please note, that we do not issue refunds. We ask you to be mindful with your purchases and be sure you understand our policies before making any purchases.

Door Lock Policy We lock the doors at the START of class time. This ensures the safety of all students, as well as provides a relaxing and respectful atmosphere for the students in attendance. Once the door is locked, no one will be allowed to enter the studio.

Before Class

Pre-registration is highly recommended, but not required. We would hate for you to show up to a full class.

Studio doors open 15-min before class, please arrive with enough time to get settled.

Studio doors lock promptly AT class start time (we do NOT hold the doors for late arrivals).

During Class

Leave all personal belongings (phone, keys, bags, etc) in lobby cubby provided to you.

Phones and bags are not permitted in the studio practice space.

Teachers will direct you to the props needed for each class. You may bring your own props to use as needed.

Please remember to bring your own mat if you have one. If you don't, we have them available to borrow.

After Class

Please place studio props (blocks, blankets, straps) in bins provided on your way out to be cleaned.

If you borrow a mat, please hang back up + clean it thoroughly using the spray bottle provided.

All props are thoroughly cleaned or washed after class by the instructor.

Please do not attend classes if...

... you are experiencing any kind of illness that may spread to your fellow students.

... have any symptoms of flu, cold, covid-19, or other contagious illnesses should be managed outside of the studio (this includes skin infections)

Cancellation Window

You can cancel registered classes through your Bhavana Yoga App 3 hours or more prior to class without penalties.

Cancellation via email, Facebook, or voicemail will not be permitted.

Late cancelation penalties apply when the registered class is canceled in less than 3 hours

Late Cancel / No Shows

Registrations canceled less than 3 hours prior to class or if failure to show for class are subject to late cancel/no show penalties

Class Packs, Single Classes, or Mini Members will lose their class off their passes

Unlimited Members will receive a $10 late cancel/no show fee

Our goal is that your experience on your mat with us runs smoothly in a professional environment. We also understand that emergencies happen, so please reach out if you have any questions.

Late Arrivals

Doors lock promptly at the start of the scheduled class time and remain locked for the duration of class.

Arrival after the door has been locked will not be permitted entrance and the no-show policy will be applied.

Doors remain locked for the safety of our students, teachers, and studio, as well as to limited disruptions to the practice.

We want everyone to be able to arrive to their mat, but we also want to ensure that every person in attendance gets their full and complete practice.
