Studio Policies

BEFORE CLASS

  • Pre-registration is required due to limited capacity.

  • A mask is not required at our studio, however, you are supported in wearing one if you choose to.

  • Studio doors open 15-min before class, doors will class promptly AT class start time (we do NOT hold the doors for late arrivals).

  • Teachers will direct you to the props needed for each class.

  • Please remember to bring your own mat if you have one.

  • Students will place studio props (blocks, blankets, straps) in bins provided on their way out.

  • If you borrow a mat, please hang back up and clean it thoroughly using the spray bottle provided.

  • All props are thoroughly cleaned or washed after class by the instructor.

  • For restorative classes, a pillow case or blanket may be used for postures where students' faces are directly on the bolster.

DURING CLASS

AFTER CLASS

Do not attend class if...
  • Experienced cold or flu-like symptoms or fever, cough, shortness of breath, loss of smell, headache, sore throat, chills, extreme fatigue, diarrhea or nausea 

  • Been out of the country, or in an area of Florida or the U.S. where there is a substantial community spread

  • Been directed by any federal, state or local official that you should isolate, quarantine yourself because of the risk of transmission of Covid-19

  • Come in close contact with someone who has Covid-19

    Any student who experiences cold or flu like symptoms will be asked to take a 7-day break from the studio, or they can get tested and email a negative covid test to contact@bhavanayogastudio.com

Cancellation Policies

As our class sizes and schedule have been dramatically reduced to adhere to social distancing guidelines, we will be enacting the following cancellation policies:

CANCELLATION WINDOW

  • Students can cancel their class through the Bhavana Yoga App three hours or more prior to class without penalties.

  • Cancellation via email, Facebook, or voicemail will not be permitted.

  • Students that do not cancel three hours prior to class or fail to show for class will lose their class.

  • Students that arrive after the door has been locked will not be permitted entrance and the no-show policy will be applied.

  • Doors are locked promptly at the scheduled class start time.

LATE CANCEL AND
NO SHOWS

Please note, that we do not issue refunds.

We ask you to be mindful with your purchases and our policies.
