Your first visit...
  • Pre-registration for classes is required through our new Bhavana Yoga App (directions below)

  • Our studio is located in the southeast corner of the plaza between VV Nails and Stanley's Eyewear (look for a purple yoga flag)

​

  • Doors open 15 minutes before class and doors lock promptly at the scheduled class start time.

​

  • Remember to bring water bottle to fill and your yoga mat if you have one.

How to Register
  • Pre-registration for classes is required through our new Bhavana Yoga App

  • Go to your App Store or Google Play Store and search "Bhavana Yoga"

​

  • New students will need to create an account and verify an email address

​

  • Previous students will need to create an account using the SAME email you used to login in with our previous system, verify your email, and link your account to access your active passes.

​

  • Once your account is created, you're all set to choose or access your class pack and register for classes!

One-on-one sessions are great for beginners, those recovering from injury, post-op surgery healing, more personally sculpted practice, and more!

Chair Yoga

This class includes basic poses using a chair for support so it's easier to maintain proper alignment and form. Perfect for beginners, mature adults and people who struggle with the flexibility or balance demands of a traditional yoga class. Reap the benefits of asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), and short meditations without getting down on the floor.

Aroma Restorative

A deeply relaxing healing practice focused on stimulating the parasympathetic system with the intention of calming the body and the mind. Props such as straps, bolsters, blocks, chairs and blankets are used with the purpose of supporting the body to minimize physical effort in the poses. Great for all levels + essential oils.

Gentle Yoga

A slower paced, gentle yoga class that focuses on mindful movement, breath work, meditation, and replenishment. A great class for all levels.

Yin + Restore

Yin Yoga helps improve flexibility and uses longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body - it's a great class for anyone looking to gain flexibility. We will use all the props to make the long hold accessible for all levels + meditations.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga helps improve flexibility and uses longer holds to get beyond the muscle tissue into the connective tissue, the fascia of the body - it's a great class for men, perfect for athletes or anyone looking for increased flexibility. Expect our Heated Yin Yoga version to be kept between 90 - 100 degrees.

Slow Flow

A well balanced class that introduces movement with the breath, sun salutations, strength, balance, flexibility and introduction to meditation practices. A great class for all levels.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath while holding the poses to develop flexibility and relaxation., encourage proper alignment of the body, often include breathing and meditation techniques to bring balance, strength, and calmness to the practitioner.

Heated Vin to Yin

Enjoy an all levels class of a slow flow vinyasa plus yin poses to open the body. Yin Yoga poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body - the tendons, fascia, and ligaments - with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Vinyasa Flow

Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous & mindful flow. All while building strength, flexibility & concentration while cleansing the body & calming the mind. Expect Heated Vinyasa  90-100*or Warm Vinyasa 80-85*

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Sun Salutations + Exploration of all standing postures of the Primary series and various seated postures of the series. Information on the bandhas & pranayama (breath work).

Movement + Muscles

Warm room, 75 minute-plus session begins with a few traditional yoga postures, focusing on engaging
and aligning the muscle groups used in those poses. Light weights are then added for additional
strengthening positions. The practice closes with a short meditation.

Roll + Release

This practice will mindfully focus on those areas that are tight, working on the connective tissue through body rolling & yin yoga. Class is limited to six students.

Specialty Classes

Specialty classes are open to all class packs and drop-ins

Candlelight Flow + Restore

Unwind from the week with this 1-hour slower paced flow practice followed by aroma restorative yoga. Arriving to your mat in a dimly lit room surrounded by a candlelight glow as you restore balance, draw your focus inward, and soften the tension and stress from the week.

Yoga Nidra

Or "yogic sleep" is a class that focuses on relaxing the body. If savasana is your favorite pose, this class is for you, with the use of bolsters, blankets, aroma therapy and singing bowls we will set you up for your most restful hour.

Full or New Moon Sound Baths

A crystal bowl sound bath harnesses the reverberating sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls of all shapes and sizes, to lull you into a peaceful and mindful state of being.

Class schedule will reflect any inclusion of Yin, Restorative, or Hatha/Flow based portion of class.
